Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the CounselCopilot services. If you have entered into another agreement with CounselCopilot, that agreement may have precedence over these terms.

This document, the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), outlines the rules for your use of CounselCopilot’s services, including our artificial intelligence functionalities (“AI Services”), websites, applications, extensions, components, features, and any services outlined in mutually agreed upon order forms (collectively, “Services”). These Terms, along with any applicable pricing schedules and order forms agreed upon by both parties (“you” or “User”), constitute the “Service Agreement”. The Service Agreement includes this document, the CounselCopilot Privacy Policy, and any other documents incorporating these Terms.

By clicking “I agree”, demonstrating acceptance through other actions, or utilizing the CounselCopilot Services (with or without registration), you consent to these Terms. If you’re accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization or legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to do so. If you lack this authority, or if you disagree with these Terms, you must not accept them and refrain from using the Services.
